Text Box: PARADISE PROPERTIES, LLC Ed and May Paraiso, the owners of Paradise Villa, are a husband and wife team who have been renting homes in the Virginia Beach, VA  area for over 10 years.  This is our first venture in the Orlando, Florida market.  As a prior US Naval Officer, Ed has been managing rentals while working full time at a Fortune 100 company.   Meanwhile, May is the cornerstone of our family taking care of our 11 and 9 year old children while teaching at a local Montessori Pre-school. We first discovered the Orlando short term Villa rental market in 2003 when we vacationed with our children.  We loved the concept of renting a home (with a private pool) rather then staying in a cramped hotel room.  The fact that we could watch the kids swim, while watching the NY Yankees play Tampa Bay was awesome.   We didn’t have to walk 4+ flights of stairs to get to the pool—it was right behind the sliding glass doors.
